Cancellation
Cancellation made more than 6hrs to 24hrs before booking start then ₹100 will be deduct from booking amount.
Cancellation made within 6hrs of booking start then no refund.
Cancellation made before 24hrs from booking start then full refund will be applicable.
Reschedule before start
Modifications made more than 6hrs before booking start: ₹50
Modifications made within 6-2 hrs. of booking start: ₹50 or 10% of the booking (which so ever is great)
Modification made within 2-1 hrs. of booking start: ₹100 or 20% of the booking (which so ever is greater)
Extension Charges
Extension before start time: ₹50 extra plus the normal charges for the period extended
Extension posts start time: ₹250 extra plus the normal charges for the period extended
Please note that extension is subject to vehicle availability
Extension charges should be paid fully in either cash or through online payment methods in order to extend the booking successfully.
No Show
Bookings would stand cancelled if after 4 hours of booking start time the customer still doesn’t show up.
No refunds would be applicable
Late Return
Non Geared Scooters: First 2 hours of delay would be charged at ₹100/hour after then full day rent will be deduct from deposit.
Standard Bikes(110cc) : First 2 hours of delay would be charged at ₹100/hour after then full day rent will be deduct from deposit.
Semi Premium Bike(220cc) : First 2 hours of delay would be charged at ₹120/hour after then full day rent will be deduct from deposit.
Premium Bikes(RE, Sports): First 2 hours of delay would be charged at ₹150/hour after then full day rent will be deduct from deposit
Note :
All refunds shall be made through the original payment mode within 7-10 working days
Hirewheels Bike on Rent reserves the right to charge a violation penalty on the rider
Weekend (Sat-Sun) rates may vary based on availability
The refunds for the repairs & maintenance done by customers on the vehicles shall be processed within 7-10 working days. The customer is required to share the bills with the Hirewheels Bike on Rent team.
